PIONEER PROCESS SDN BHD was incorporated on 6 July 2000 by a group of entrepreneurs who have more than 35 years of experiences in the building industry.
Our team consists of Materials Engineering Specialist, Architects, Floor Finishing Specialist, Mould Making Specialist, Aesthetic Cement Formulator and Production Specialists.
The earlier business activity of the company in 2000 was centered on
Imprint Concrete flooring with technology acquired from America. After
some 10 years in the industry the group was able to manufacture his very
own brand of made in Malaysia imprint concrete products under the trade
name of FormCrete. Since then, the company had also developed
numerous other innovative flooring products such as Pervious Concrete,
Polymer Cement Overlay , Sand-Washed Flooring , Exposed Aggregate
Flooring , In-Situ Terrazzo etc.
From Strength to Strength ...
In Year 2010, Pioneer Process Sdn Bhd embarked heavily on another
research and development activities in developing other Aesthetic Cement
Wall Finishing Products under the trade name of FormCal. This includes
FormCal Glass Fiber Reinforced Stone (GFRS) for use as wall panels,
garden furniture, planter boxes, table tops etc. This new invented product
of FormCal GFRS subsequently won the prestigious New Product Award
in the Archidex Exhibition in Year 2011. Other FormCal Wall Products
developed along the way includes Artisan Wall, Sculptural Cement
Feature Wall Finishing, Wall Posters etc.
In Year 2018, the company developed its new range of Cement Furniture
and took part in the Malaysia International Furniture Fair (MIFF).
In Year 2021, the company will be launching an extended web site: www.cementgurus.com showcasing an attractive and innovative range of Aesthetic Cement Gift and Decorative Items.
