FormCal E-GFRS Stone Plaster is a specially formulated exterior grade stone plaster finish for external cement and concrete walls, benches and other landscape structures. The polished stone surface finish comprises of white or grey Portland Cement, marbles and stone chips, highly flexible polymer, quality pigment, fine fibers and other proprietary additives. This advanced formulation enables various attractive stone and terazzo finishes to be plastered in-situ onto any external cement and concrete wall surfaces. The polymer with the proprietary additives presents in the mix enables a strong and yet flexible stone plastering finish to be created which is stable, tension free and very much less prompt to shrinkage cracks when used even in the harsh external tropical environment.
The product is factory produced in dry powder form to be mixed along with Liquid Polymer provided for use at site. The other system materials required to be used in conjunction with FormCal E-GFRS Stone Plaster include a two-component FormCrete Adhesive Mortar, 10mm x 10mm glass fiber net, FormCal E-GFRS Grout and lastly protected with 2 to 3 coats of FormCrete Clear Smooth Surface Sealer.
